You guys made my stay excellent. The hotel was STRAIGHTFORWARD with great location close to everything. Location: the venue was so close to museum and gallery, the extensive, and Old Town and business district. I tried some drinks at pub The Dutchman's Tavern, located 10 minutes walk away. The room I stayed in was impeccably clean and huge with a balcony and bathroom, for instance.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and bedding. The staff was professional and attentive to our needs. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Additionally, I appreciated the wheelchair accessibility of the room, which exceeded my expectations for ADA compliance.
The hotel lacked a welcoming atmosphere, with staff members not making much effort to engage with guests. The TV reception was poor and the lack of a welcome paper or information in the room was inconvenient.
